01 HEALING BEFORE TREATING
Before we begin nourishing our gut, we need to heal and lower inflammation. We are setting the foundation for restoring our healthy gut microbiome by removing highly inflammatory foods and common sensitivities.
Weeks 1 & 2
02 FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS
Broken down into two parts, we are getting rid of bad bacteria and adding in good bacteria by means of anti-fungal and anti-parasitic foods to promote and repopulate a healthy microbiome.
Weeks 3 & 4
03 PUT GOOD IN – GET GOOD OUT
Now that you have plenty of good bacteria, we have to keep them well fed. This step is essential for using fiber and starch to your benefit and proper gut maintenance.

04 MAKING IT LAST
In order to keep your gut healthy and the momentum going, let’s make this into a lifestyle. As we finish up, we will reintroduce foods back into your diet, incorporate clean products, continue daily detoxification and self-care practices.

The foundation of health and wellness. It was in my early 20’s when I began to truly understand and respect the connection between the gut and our overall health. As a certified health coach, I knew that in order to get good “out”, I had to put good “in”. As my struggle with skin, hormones and poor digestion continued, it seemed like nothing I did was enough. Little did I know the secret of our gut.
Through trial and error and commitment, I discovered the power of a truly healthy gut. It was the missing link that suddenly clicked and everything fell into place. I know the struggle of ‘eating well’ but still not feeling 100%. The Healthy Beauty Project is a way for us to transform ourselves from the inside out – going into the world face-first, with brilliant confidence.
